  • choice of ten very comfortable cottages, approx. one and a half hours, by forest road, from the Welcome station in ZEC Nordique (entry fee required)
  • popular location with room for between 2 and 16 people
  • raft in the middle of Lac Loup, anchored to the bottom - to sit and fish without drifting away

TROUT FISHING - fishing permit required (available on site)

  • Native lake trout (fountain char)
  • trout length varies from 6 to 12 inches
  • quota is 20 trout per permit / possession
  • trout weighing on return from fishing
  • permit fee and quota for children - under family permit
  • family allowed to fish with one parent's permit (provincial law)
  • trout table on site

MOOSE HUNTING - hunting permit required (available on site)

  • three week hunting season- from Saturday at noon to the next Saturday noon
  • quota is 1 animal per 2 people
  • lodging in hunting cabins - on all territories, hunting cabins are different than those used for fishing
  • territory with exclusive hunting rights (hunters registered at the outfitter establishment only)
  • hunting cabins for maximum 4 people - no running water or shower
  • a minimum of 2 and maximum 4 of people per territory
  • fresh water from the lake
  • propane heating
  • two-burner propane stove
  • no refrigerator
  • no wood stove

WARNING: during hunting season, there may be no running water because of cold temperatures. The lake then becomes your source for fresh water.
