SEA KAYAKING
The Côte-Nord is a kayaker’s dream destination, one of North America’s stand-out attractions. The wild beauty of its scattered islands, diversity of its marine life, and amazing vegetation adapted to the climate are just some of the discoveries you’ll make while paddling your sea kayak.

UNDERWATER DIVING
Take the plunge into the brisk, clear St. Lawrence! All along the shoreline, underwater flora and fauna will beckon. Several select sites are widely known and identified as excellent places to dive.

HIKING
The region has terrain aplenty for beginning or seasoned hikers. It’s a favorite destination for those who like heights, with some Groulx mountain summits topping 1,000 meters. And for those who prefer gentler adventure, there are miles of wooded trails!
